We are looking for caring and dedicated individuals to join our team at Rich Beginnings Child Care Center as Infant Teacher Assistants. As an Infant Teacher Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing a safe and nurturing environment for the infants in our care.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the lead Infant Teacher in caring for and supervising infants
• Help create a stimulating and engaging environment for infants to learn and grow
• Change diapers, feed, and comfort infants as needed
• Communicate regularly with parents about their child's progress and well-being
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom

Qualifications:

• Prior experience working with infants preferred
• Patient, compassionate, and able to provide individualized care
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Knowledge of early childhood development and best practices
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
