Pediatrician:
Ditmas Children's is seeking a Pediatrician to join our team and provide comprehensive care for children with complex medical needs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating and treating pediatric patients, coordinating with healthcare providers, and working closely with families to ensure optimal care and progress.
Responsibilities:
- Review PRI's and assess each child's medical needs.
- Perform comprehensive evaluations and ongoing assessments as needed.
- Communicate with parents about the child's condition, treatment options, and care plan.
- Coordinate with all healthcare providers to ensure seamless care.
- Monitor the child’s progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
- Provide medical attention during health episodes or any changes in condition.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
Qualifications:
- Board-certified Pediatrician with experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with families and providers.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
