QA Intern – Fall 2025
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Assurance Intern to support our QA team, with a primary focus on reviewing, revising, and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). This role provides hands-on experience in the highly regulated Aerospace and Defense industry, while building core skills that are widely applicable across sectors such as automotive, healthcare, manufacturing, and software.
The compensation for this role is $20-$22 hourly based on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
· Assist in the review, editing, and updating of SOPs to ensure clarity, consistency, and compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.
· Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to verify accuracy of SOP content.
· Help organize and maintain the SOP library in the document control system.
· Participate in internal audits and help track document-related corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs).
· Provide administrative support to the QA team, including preparing reports and summaries related to SOP status.
· Attend QA team meetings and contribute to ongoing quality improvement initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Current enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master’s degree program in Quality Assurance, Life Sciences, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
· Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.).
· Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
