Job Description

Job DescriptionOur ABA Specialists utilize the ABC model to better understand the actions that lead to unwanted behaviors and to determine the appropriate strategies that will result in positive interactions. They assess clients, set treatment goals, provide therapy, and measure a client's progress in the classroom, library, our office, or in the clients' home.

Requirements:

• College Degree preferred (not required)
• Reliable Transportation
• Availability to attend training opportunities
• Maintain confidentiality and privacy of all student information (as required by HIPAA)
• Attend scheduled team meetings
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
