Qualifications and Experience:
- Active and clear RN license
- Current BLS, PALS, and NRP certifications
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience as a NICU nurse
- Proficient in using EPIC for charting and documentation
Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care tailored to neonatal patients in the NICU
- Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions accurately and promptly using EPIC
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement effective care plans
- Maintain compliance with all hospital protocols and standards
- Adhere to dress code with the flexibility of wearing any color scrubs
