Buffalo-based Construction Management and General Contracting firm is looking for multi-talented carpenters for projects ranging in volume from $25,000 to $6,000,000.000 in both the commercial and residential markets. Great opportunity for the right person willing to learn to move up the ranks into a foreman/superintendent position.
This position is primarily responsible for:
1. Carpentry work to include but not limited to:
- Wood and metal stud framing
- Finished carpentry and trim work
- Installation of acoustical ceilings
- Drywall finishing and painting
- Installation of doors frames and hardware
- Occasional concrete and masonry work
2. Ability to read and understand drawings and specifications is preferred
3. Must be willing to perform a wide range of work
Education Level Required: Minimum of 5 years in the construction industry
Location: Most work is located around the Buffalo Area but will travel up to 1 hour away
Valid drivers license and a vehicle is a must.
