Full-Time | Onsite | $22.00/hr ($24.00/hr if bilingual in Spanish)

As a Call Center Representatives, you will be responsible for reaching out to:

• Patients who have booked an appointment but missed their initial consultation

• Past patients who are due for a follow-up appointment

You will handle approximately 80 outbound calls per day, requiring excellent communication and organizational skills.

Schedule

• Monday–Friday: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM (40 hours/week)

• Optional: Saturday 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM (if available)

Key Responsibilities

• Make proactive outreach calls to re-engage patients

• Schedule or reschedule consultations and follow-up visits

• Maintain accurate records of patient interactions in our system

• Provide friendly, professional, and empathetic service to every patient

• Collaborate with team members to meet daily and weekly goals
