We are seeking a Mechanical Project Manager&nbsp;to become a&nbsp;part of our team!&nbsp;You will be required to perform a variety of engineering&nbsp;tasks, as well as identify areas of improvement to increase operation efficiency.
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Oversee the installation and operation of various mechanical systems</li>
<li>Strong Knowledge in&nbsp;reading and interpreting plans and specifications&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Managing and coordinating subcontractors and suppliers to meet schedule deadlines&nbsp;</li>
<li>Develop and presenting bids and change orders proposals</li>
<li>Identify technologies to improve&nbsp;operational</li>
<li>Document design narratives &amp; engineering analysis</li>
</ul>
​Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Previous experience in mechanical Projects with value ranging from 2 million to 20 million dollars (</li>
<li>Previously worked on projects with the State, City or Federal government Examples of&nbsp;agency's SCA,&nbsp;DEP, DASNY, NYCHA</li>
<li>Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills</li>
<li>Ability to prioritize and multitask</li>
