We are seeking a Commercial Construction Superintendent to join our team! You will oversee and manage daily / nighty construction activities on large retail construction projects. Looking for candidates for both day and night shift superintendents.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of on-site construction
• Allocate resources for assigned projects
• Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
• Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
• Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in construction management or other related fields
• Ability to read and understand project blueprints
• Familiarity with construction management software
• Strong leadership qualities
• Deadline and detail-oriented
