We are currently seeking a courteous and proactive Nursing Home Concierge to join our team.
As a Nursing Home Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for residents and their families, providing essential support and information about services and facilities. Your role will be instrumental in creating a welcoming and positive environment for all guests, assisting in various tasks to enhance the overall resident experience. Hourly Rate: $22/hr.
Pay Schedule: Weekly, Every Thursday via Direct Deposit
Shifts: Flexible scheduling options available, including part-time and full-time roles.

Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for residents, families, and visitors, addressing inquiries and providing necessary information.
- Facilitate communication between residents and staff to ensure smooth operations within the facility.
- Assist residents with scheduling appointments, transportation, and other needs, ensuring a high level of service.
- Support event planning and coordination of activities, enhancing resident engagement and community involvement.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area, creating a positive first impression for all guests.
- Document concerns or suggestions from residents and families, relaying them appropriately to the management team.
- Participate in trainings and meetings to stay informed about facility policies, services, and procedures.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education or experience in hospitality, healthcare, or related fields is a plus.
- Prior experience in a customer service or concierge role, ideally in a healthcare or senior living environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with residents, families, and staff.
- Compassionate and patient demeanor, demonstrating a commitment to resident satisfaction and comfort.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities to manage various tasks and responsibilities effectively.
- Basic computer skills for scheduling, documentation, and communication purposes.
