Job Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated General Education Science Teacher to join our team in New Rochelle, NY. This position will require the teacher to deliver instruction in a variety of subjects, manage student behavior, and support the academic and personal growth of each student. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver high-quality, engaging lessons that meet state standards across all core subjects
- Create an inclusive classroom environment that encourages collaboration, respect, and student engagement
- Assess student progress regularly through various methods (e.g., tests, projects, discussions) and provide feedback to help students succeed
- Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners, including students with various learning styles, backgrounds, and abilities
- Foster a positive classroom culture that promotes social-emotional development and responsible citizenship
- Collaborate with other teachers, administrators, and staff to create a well-rounded educational experience for students

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
- Valid New York teaching license with appropriate endorsements
- Previous experience teaching middle school students preferred
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to create a positive, productive learning environment
- Excellent munication, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Must be authorized to work in the US
- Ability to integrate technology into lessons and classroom activities
