Job Title: Heavy Equipment Operator
We are seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating a variety of heavy equipment, including excavators and loaders. As a Heavy Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining heavy equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment, including excavators and loaders
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment, such as checking oil and fluid levels, greasing parts, and replacing filters
- Follow safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment
- Complete daily equipment inspections and report any issues or malfunctions to the supervisor
- Move and load materials, such as dirt, gravel, and debris
- Excavate and grade land for construction projects
- Operate equipment in a variety of weather conditions and terrains
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
