Job Description

We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner for our mobile wound care program, servicing patients in their homes and/or in Skilled Nursing Facilities throughout Brooklyn and/or other boroughs of NYC.

Required:

Active NP License in NY
Driver's license + vehicle
Pass all background checks
Comfortable with wound care
Patient- focused, caring bedside manner
Excellent communication skills, professional work ethic
Preferred Experience: Wound Care, Skilled Nursing Facility
Available Mon-Fri 9-5
