We are currently looking to Hire an experienced HVAC Technician.

The right candidate must be able to:

Performed HVAC preventive maintenance. Performed HVAC repairs upon request and replaced units when necessary.

Install, repair, and troubleshoot multiple systems -VRF, Standard split systems, Heat pumps, Chillers, Condenser water, Pumps, VFDs, and Refrigeration.

Be able to show knowledge of Control wires for all above systems, engage in any troubleshooting when required to make system work operate correctly.
Five years of experience in the duties listed above is required, preferably in a large institution.

Must be a self-starter and possess the ability to work well with others.

Ability to perform tasks requiring physical strength and high for the duties above.

Pay is determined based on your prior experience.

The following license and certificates are required:

Driver license, EPA license required and OSHA 30 or OSHA 40.
New York City Fire Department Certificate of Fitness for Fireguard F-60.
New York City Fire Department Certificate of Fitness for Torch Use of Flammable Gases G-60.
