A K-12 school in Watertown, NY, is seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide comprehensive services for the upcoming school year on a contract basis. This role focuses on supporting students across all grade levels with speech and language development, ensuring their communication skills meet academic and social expectations.
Key Qualifications:
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
- Pediatric SLP experience preferred
- Completion or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Skilled in school-based speech therapy practices
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on each students needs
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services to K-12 students
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other specialists to support student progress
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation in compliance with school policies
