Self-Direction DSP - Fulton area (Job #MH-AM)

Exceptional Family Resources is seeking Direct Support Professionals to work in the Futon area with a friendly man who enjoys the outdoors especially magnet fishing and Pokémon Go. He is looking for energetic, reliable, and dedicated staff to engage in outdoor activities with him. Other responsibilities include providing him with transportation, assisting with independent living skills, and supporting him with health and safety.

We are looking for staff who are reliable, patient, enthusiastic, respectful and enjoy being outdoors regardless of the weather. Prior experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities a plus but not a requirement. Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and a high school diploma or GED are required. Background check, fingerprinting and DMV record check will be conducted prior to hire by the non-profit agency.

Work hours:

Tuesdays and Thursdays 10:00 am - 2:00 pm The pay rate is $20 per hour with mileage reimbursement and staff activity fees.
