We are looking for a Porter / Detailer Hybrid who wants to be part of a well-run shop where effort is noticed and consistency is valued.

Role Overview

This is a hands-on support role combining vehicle movement, shop support, and final detailing. You’ll help keep the shop flowing smoothly and ensure vehicles are delivered clean and ready.

What You’ll Do

• Move vehicles safely around the shop and parking areas

• Assist with vehicle intake and delivery preparation

• Perform final cleaning and detailing prior to delivery

• Assist with light detailing or wash support as needed

• Help keep shop and lot areas clean and organized

• Support technicians and front office with vehicle staging

• Perform basic checks prior to customer delivery

• Represent the shop professionally during vehicle deliveries

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Detailing or automotive experience is a plus, but attitude, reliability, and consistency matter most.

Compensation

• Hourly Pay: Competitive hourly rate

• Per-Vehicle Delivery Bonus: Paid for each completed vehicle delivery

• Detail-Assist Bonus: Additional pay for assisting with detailing volume

• Attendance & Reliability Bonus: Rewards consistency and dependability

This structure provides steady pay with clear upside for reliable performance.

Team Incentive Compensation

This role also participates in a shared, team-based incentive program tied to overall shop performance.

• Incentives are based on delivered shop revenue, not individual sales or written estimates

• The incentive pool activates once delivered revenue exceeds $225,000 per month

• Payouts increase as shop performance improves

• Incentives are shared among front-office and production-support team members

• Designed to reward teamwork, consistency, and execution, not shortcuts

Example Monthly Incentive Outcomes

(Examples shown for illustration; individual payouts vary by role and team results)

• ~$275,000 delivered: $300–$500 per person

• ~$325,000 delivered: $600–$900 per person

• ~$375,000+ delivered: $1,000–$1,500+ per person

Incentives are paid in addition to base compensation and align individual success with overall shop performance.
