We are seeking certified Personal Trainers to join the team at Fitness Incentive, Long Island's Best Gym. The ideal candidate will have a nationally recognized personal training certification or a similar educational degree. They should be friendly, outgoing, and passionate about helping people achieve their fitness goals.
Responsibilities:
- Instruct individuals and small groups to improve their health and physical fitness
- Offer support to help clients achieve their fitness goals
- Demonstrate proper form and technique
- Develop and implement specialized training programs for clients
- Ensure fitness programs are effective, safe, and fun
Qualifications:
- Professional Personal Trainers certification from a nationally recognized organization
- Experience as a personal trainer is preferred, but we will train the right individual if they are certified.
- A degree in Exercise Physiology and/or Nutritional Science would be beneficial, but not required.
- Ongoing commitment to education and development of personal training skills
- Ability to train all fitness levels
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to effectively market and sell your personal training services
- Passion for health and fitness
