Schnipper's Quality Soups from the Founders of Hale & Hearty Soups is now open and looking for shift supervisors and assistant managers..

We are seeking an experienced QSR Supervisor to lead our front-line team in providing top-notch service to every customer.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a QSR or fast-casual environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate and manage a team.
• A passion for food, particularly soups, with a commitment to high-quality standards.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the kitchen and front-of-house team to ensure smooth service.
• Ensure that all food preparation meets our high standards for quality and consistency.
• Supervise and train new team members, providing feedback and coaching.
• Maintain inventory and manage ordering to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure a positive dining experience.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, keeping the kitchen and dining area clean and organized.
• Assist with scheduling and labor management.

2+years management experience required, preferably in fast casual.
