The Opportunity
We are currently looking for Motor Assembler to join our production team. Motor Assembler will read and follow basic diagrams, drawings, specifications, bills of material, and instructions to accurately assemble components into finished motor products.
Duties & Qualifications:
- Capable of performing and understanding the usage of hand and power tools.
- Ability to operate washing/drying machine and cutting machine.
- Comfortable standing for the whole 8-hour shift handling electric motor parts.
- Comfortable working in a noisy environment and ready to get their hands dirty.
- Willing to be trained in operating various materials handling equipment.
- Ability to calculate basic mathematical computations related to measurements and weight.
- Capable of understanding and communicating in English regarding written and verbal instructions.
- Ability to do assembly and disassembly jobs base on written and verbal instructions.
- Keen interest in working and learning Electrical Motor concepts.
- Ability to strictly follow documentation and identify and validate many checkpoints during assembly.
- Trainable team player, possesses a CAN-DO attitude and aptitude for professional growth
- Lead, coach, mentor and review others' work for safety and completeness per work requirement
- Perform additional duties as assigned
- Able to meet rotating 2ND shift (15:00 - 23:30)
Nice to have but not required:
- Knowledge of AC/DC motor repair concept. Experience in using Electrical and Polarity testers.
- Welding knowledge. Overhead crane and forklift experience or license.
We provide the following training:
- Electrical testing for Insulation Resistance, Hi-Pot, Surge, Resistance Test, Bar to Bar, Impedance and Polarity Tests.
- Fault analysis and rebuilding of electrical rotating equipment. Bearing Lubrication and Installation
- Motor dismantling, stripping and construction according to the manufacturer’s specification.
- Close tolerance of finishing principles and proper torquing.
- Total indicator and run-out and alignment. Interconnection diagrams for AC and DC motors.
Operating Equipment Training:
- Hydraulic presses and pullers, Cutting machines, Soldering and brazing, Washing and Drying Equipment
- Overhead Cranes, Forklifts and other material handling equipment. Curing Oven.

Shift: 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM
