Position Description
The Supervisor, Programmatic role reports to the Vice President of Programmatic and is a part of the integrated Investment Team at Evergreen Trading. This team collectively leverages data-driven strategies to ensure media investments align with client goals and deliver measurable results. The Supervisor, Programmatic will play a crucial role in overseeing programmatic buying and optimization, managing client relationships, and leading a team of buyers to drive performance across campaigns.
Duties And Responsibilities
1. Team Leadership & Development
- Manage and support Programmatic Buyers through ongoing training and career development.
- Set clear goals aligned with Evergreen's strategic objectives and individual growth.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and support team members in achieving key performance indicators (KPIs).
2. Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Collaborate with internal account leads and clients to translate objectives into actionable programmatic strategies.
- Oversee end-to-end campaign management, including setup, QA, reporting, and optimization.
- Manage bid strategies, data usage, and platform selection to maximize performance and deliver on client expectations.
3. Client & Partner Relations
- Build and maintain strong internal account lead, client, and industry relationships, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Act as the primary escalation point for campaign challenges, working with technology, media, and data partners to resolve issues.
- Actively identify and propose new opportunities and partnerships that align with client goals and enhance Evergreen's offerings.
4. Operational Excellence & Process Improvement
- Ensure accuracy and efficiency across the campaign lifecycle, from QA to billing reconciliation and reporting.
- Conduct the final review of campaign quality for Programmatic Buyers and oversee troubleshooting and discrepancy resolution for assigned clients.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation in Salesforce, ensuring adherence to reporting standards.
5. Performance Optimization & Innovation
- Utilize data-driven insights to refine bidding strategies, targeting, and segmentation in alignment with client goals.
- Develop best practices that drive incremental profit growth and encourage innovation.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies, sharing relevant insights with the team to foster a culture of continuous learning.
6. Campaign Finance Management
- Oversee campaign billing, reconciliation, and actualization to ensure financial accuracy.
- Utilize platforms like Strata and Prisma to monitor, report, and manage campaign finances.
- Partner with internal teams to address financial discrepancies and provide clear communication on budgetary updates.
Knowledge & Skills
- 4+ years of experience of programmatic media buying (Display, Video, CTV, DOOH, Audio).
- Proficiency in DSP platforms, DMPs, and ad servers; familiarity with programmatic tools and data management systems.
- Strong analytical and financial acumen, with the ability to apply quantitative techniques to drive campaign performance.

Salary: $90,000 - $100,000, plus bonus
The above represents the expected base salary range for this role. Exact compensation is determined by level of experience, location, and other job-related factors.
