&nbsp;Job SummaryWe are seeking a Medical Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will collect blood from patients, take their vitals and do various patient contact intake. This is a role that can make a significant impact in people’s lives, helping them identify underlying conditions and stay healthy.&nbsp;Responsibilities&nbsp;

<li>Prioritize requests for sample collection based on urgency</li>
<li>Collect patients’ personal information</li>
<li>Take vitals and perform some lab work.</li>
<li>Provide patients with reassurance during the collection process</li>
<li>Use sterilized needles, vials, and other equipment to draw blood</li>
<li>Correctly label samples and send for testing</li>
</ul>
&nbsp;Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Previous experience as a Phlebotomist or Phlebotomy Technician</li>
<li>Phlebotomy diploma preferred</li>
<li>Knowledge of best practices in patient identification methods</li>
<li>Familiarity with the legal requirements regarding blood draws and fluid samples</li>
<li>Strong computer and data entry skills</li>
<li>Certified Medical Assistant</li>
