You’ll be trained from day one. In your first week, we’ll cover how to convert leads, handle meetings, and understand contracts. You’ll be ready to show homes and close deals quickly.

- Comfort with writing and explaining contracts
- Ability to assess home values accurately
- Fast, clear communication with clients
- Timely updates in CRM and partner systems like Zillow
