Timothy John's Salon on 53rd and 8th avenue is growing and were looking for artists to grow with. We are a Redken Black Elite Salon that focuses on elevated guest experiences. We are a Salon Today top 200 salon for the past 3 years and are focused on growing our team with career minded, education loving, team centric stylists.
We are seeking licensed professional hairstylists with minimum 5 years experience to join our team. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional elevated color and cutting services with gender neutral pricing. (We are not departmentalized.) Our belief in continued education is key to success in growing our company and staying on top of the trends. We offer education to stylists in house as well as provide additional quarterly education from our partners at Redken, Pureology, and Shu Uemura.
We offer a detailed career path and no hierarchy. We offer competitive wages, retail commission up to 20%, paid family leave, up to 40 hours of sick pay, coaching and mentoring, and commission scales starting at 43% up to 52%.
