Job Description

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant - Property Manager Assistant to become a part of our team! You will help plan and facilitate all real estate activities and transactions.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate all real estate transactions
  • Attract and educate new tenants
  • Investigate and resolve tenant complaints

· Ensure all work order and repair requests are processed in a timely fashion

  • Draft correspondence, leases, and other formal documents
  • Plan and schedule appointments and events
  • Answer inbound telephone calls and emails
  • Communicate with and schedule contractors
  • Develop and implement organized filing systems

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in office administration and property management or related fields
  • Familiarity with real estate contracts and leases
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to build rapport with tenants
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
