We are seeking an Administrative Assistant - Property Manager Assistant to become a part of our team! You will help plan and facilitate all real estate activities and transactions.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate all real estate transactions
- Attract and educate new tenants
- Investigate and resolve tenant complaints
· Ensure all work order and repair requests are processed in a timely fashion
- Draft correspondence, leases, and other formal documents
- Plan and schedule appointments and events
- Answer inbound telephone calls and emails
- Communicate with and schedule contractors
- Develop and implement organized filing systems
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in office administration and property management or related fields
- Familiarity with real estate contracts and leases
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to build rapport with tenants
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
