Non-FAA Production Associates are responsible for performing a variety of tasks and processes to complete electronic assemblies and sub-assemblies. This includes soldering, cable assembly, machine operation, final assembly, PCB, machine crimping, and ribbon cable assembly. Production Associates must follow established methods and procedures to ensure tasks are completed as directed by manufacturing schedules with limited supervision.
*No experience needed - extensive training provided*
Responsibilities
- Hand soldering of wires to electrical connectors and PCBs.
- Assemble electromechanical assemblies as required.
- Review and complete required production documentation.
- Read and understand moderately complex assembly instructions.
- Comprehend written and verbal assignments.

Work Environment
2nd shift: Monday-Thursday 2:30pm-1:00am.
- This role is based in a 154,000 square feet temperature-controlled facility with over 550 people on site and 7 SMT lines.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.70 - $18.70/hr.
