Pay-Range $135,000-$145,000 salary with $10,000 Sign-On-Bonus

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Nursing to lead our dedicated nursing team and continue our tradition of excellence.

Position Summary
The Director of Nursing is a key leadership role, responsible for overseeing all aspects of clinical operations, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, and fostering a culture of quality, teamwork, and resident-centered care.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and inspire the nursing team to deliver the highest quality of care.

• Develop, implement, and monitor clinical policies, procedures, and best practices.

• Ensure compliance with all NYS DOH, CMS, and other regulatory requirements.

• Partner with the Administrator and interdisciplinary team to meet and exceed quality measures.

• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and performance management for the nursing department.

• Drive quality improvement initiatives and foster an environment of professional growth.

• Maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and staff to promote satisfaction and engagement.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in New York State (BSN preferred).

• Minimum 3 years of nursing leadership experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting.

• In-depth knowledge of state/federal regulations and clinical best practices.

• Proven ability to lead teams, manage budgets, and drive performance outcomes.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
