Location: North Manhattan, Bronx, & Queens, NY
Employment Type: Part-Time (2-3 days/week, weekdays) with Full-Time potential
Salary: $154,000 - $187,000 / yr (prorated based on days worked)

Position Overview:

Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is seeking a compassionate Physician Assistant to provide high-quality housecall services across North Manhattan, the Bronx, and Queens. This role focuses on delivering primary care to patients in their homes, ensuring accessibility and personalized attention. Qualifications:

  • Education: Master’s degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program.
  • Licensure: Active NY State PA License; Board Certification required.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year experience in primary care.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in EMR systems, diagnostic tools, and treatment planning.
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication, cultural competence, adaptability, and empathy. Bilingual (Spanish/Russian) skills preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct physical exams and assess patients’ medical histories/symptoms.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans for acute/chronic conditions.
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests; prescribe medications and therapies.
  • Educate patients and families on disease management and prevention.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure continuity of care.
  • Document patient interactions and treatments accurately.
  • Record patients' medical histories and symptoms.
  • Create patient care plans and contribute to existing ones.
  • Monitor and operate medical equipment.
  • Diagnose health issues.
  • Administer medicine and other treatments.
  • Detect changes in patients' health and modify treatment plans, as needed.
  • Consult with healthcare professionals and families.
