Employment Type: Part-Time (2-3 days/week, weekdays) with Full-Time potential
Salary: $154,000 - $187,000 / yr (prorated based on days worked)

Position Overview:
Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is seeking a compassionate Physician Assistant to provide high-quality housecall services across North Manhattan, the Bronx, and Queens. This role focuses on delivering primary care to patients in their homes, ensuring accessibility and personalized attention. Qualifications:
- Education: Master’s degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program.
- Licensure: Active NY State PA License; Board Certification required.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year experience in primary care.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in EMR systems, diagnostic tools, and treatment planning.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, cultural competence, adaptability, and empathy. Bilingual (Spanish/Russian) skills preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct physical exams and assess patients’ medical histories/symptoms.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans for acute/chronic conditions.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests; prescribe medications and therapies.
- Educate patients and families on disease management and prevention.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure continuity of care.
- Document patient interactions and treatments accurately.
- Record patients' medical histories and symptoms.
- Create patient care plans and contribute to existing ones.
- Monitor and operate medical equipment.
- Diagnose health issues.
- Administer medicine and other treatments.
- Detect changes in patients' health and modify treatment plans, as needed.
- Consult with healthcare professionals and families.
