Labor Litigation Associate - 3+ Years

Bronx, NY - $170K DOE

Our client, a boutique Plaintiff's law firm, is currently recruiting for an Associate to join their Bronx NY office. Candidate must have 3+ years of construction/labor law experience from a law firm. Auto accident experience a plus! Plaintiff and deposition experience required. Must have excellent writing skills and be familiar with writing pleadings and motions. Immediate Hire!

- 3+ years of labor/construction accident litigation experience

- Plaintiff side required

- Labor Law 240 experience

- Experience attending depositions

- EXCELLENT writing skills, ability to write briefs, motions, amendments, etc.

- Admitted to NY Bar

- Must be able to commute to Bronx, near courthouse

- $120K-$170K DOE
