2. Knowledge of NFPA 10 (National Fire Protection Association Standards)
3. Knowledge of pressure testing and recharging fire extinguishers,
4. Equipment repair and maintenance repairs
5. Hazard assessment and safety compliance
6. Customer service and communication
7. Record keeping and documentation (service reports)
8. Operating hand tools and fire suppression equipment
9. Safety protocols and emergency response
