Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Soccer Coach with a positive, kid-friendly attitude to join our team at KIDSUNITED! The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sports coaching and a commitment to educating young athletes in the fundamentals of soccer. This role involves not only developing players' skills but also fostering teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship. As a Soccer Coach, you will play a vital role in shaping the athletic experience of our students.
Duties
- Learn and implement training programs that enhance players' skills, fitness, and understanding of the game.
- Conduct regular practice sessions focusing on individual skills, team strategies, and game tactics.
- Provide constructive feedback to players to encourage improvement and confidence.
- Manage behavior during practices and games, ensuring a positive environment for all participants.
- Organize and lead team meetings to discuss goals, strategies, and performance evaluations.
- Collaborate with other coaches to coordinate schedules and share best practices.
- Engage with parents and guardians regarding player development and team activities.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sports coaching, particularly in soccer or early childhood education experience is a plus.
- Strong behavior management skills to maintain discipline during practices and games.
- Ability to educate young athletes on techniques, strategies, and the rules of soccer.
- Experience working with students in an athletic or educational setting is highly desirable.
- A passion for sports and a commitment to fostering a positive team culture.
- Physical ability to climb, run drills, demonstrate techniques, and participate actively in training sessions.
- Billingual applicants are a plus, must be available Wednesday mornings and weekends.

Pay: From $30 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 35 per week
