Responsibilities:

• Provide supervision and guidance during skills-building activities.
• Implement individualized treatment plans to support personal growth.
• Assist with daily living tasks, such as meal preparation and personal hygiene.
• Foster meaningful relationships and create a safe, supportive environment.
• Maintain up-to-date resident case notes and ensure proper staff-to-client ratios.
• Collaborate with clients and families to optimize care opportunities.
• Ensure the health, safety, and welfare of individuals.

Qualifications:

• Education: High School diploma or GED (required).
• Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
• Attributes: Compassionate, patient, and committed to the well-being of others.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to assist in lifting individuals and items up to 20 lbs safely.
• Preferred: Valid Driver’s License.
