As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a Junior Property Manager to join our dynamic team.
Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Junior Property Manager to support our day-to-day operations. This role is ideal for an energetic go-getter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong communication skills, and is passionate about real estate and providing outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Operations Manager with daily property management tasks including concierge services, scheduling, and inspections
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records
- Respond to client inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Help coordinate maintenance and vendor services
- Maintain and update property records using Google Sheets, Docs, and other company provided software
- Conduct property site visits as needed
- Support Operations Manager and senior Property Managers with various projects and administrative tasks
Qualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient with Google Sheets, Docs, and ability to learn other software
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Must have reliable transportation (gas paid for by company)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Ability to keep accurate detailed records of your daily activities and communicate issues that arise to senior managers using company provided software
- Ability to lift 35lbs
- Previous experience in property management or real estate is a plus, but not required
- A genuine interest in real estate and a desire to grow with a company that values top-tier customer service
- Willing to be on call on weekends on a rotating basis with other team members (approximately every 4 to 5 weeks)
