Job Responsibilities:

• Assist lead teachers in implementing age-appropriate curriculum and activities
• Supervise and engage with children in various learning and play activities
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in your care
• Provide a positive and supportive environment for children to grow and learn
• Communicate effectively with colleagues, parents, and children
• Assist with light cleaning and organization of classrooms

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience working with children preferred
• Enthusiasm for working with children and helping them reach their full potential
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team setting
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
