About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Teachers to join our team in the Educational Services industry. As a Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a positive and engaging learning environment for students of all ages and backgrounds. You will be expected to develop and implement lesson plans, assess student progress, and provide constructive feedback to students and parents. Your ultimate goal will be to inspire a love of learning and help students reach their full potential. Currently looking for Infant Head Teacher as we grow.
Minimum Qualifications Lead Teacher:
- Associates Degree, Bachelor's degree or enrolled in a degree program leading to Early Childhood, Education or related field OR
- HS Diploma with a minimum of 5 years experience in a licensed childcare setting.
Minimum Qualifications Associate Teacher:
- HS Diploma with a minimum of 1 year experience working with infants in a childcare setting
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with project-based learning and lesson planning
- Associates, bachelor's degree or part of a study plan for Early Childhood Education
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and meet the needs of diverse learners
- Assess student progress and provide regular feedback to students and parents
- Create a positive and engaging learning environment that fosters student growth and development
- Collaborate with colleagues and be an integral part of our growing team
- Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in teaching and learning
Skills:
As a Teacher, you will need to have excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and colleagues. You will also need strong organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple responsibilities. In addition, you will need to be adaptable and flexible, able to adjust your teaching style and approach to meet the needs of diverse learners ages and abilities.
