ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR – ENERGY MANAGEMENT

United Staffing Solutions a leader in the staffing industry is working with a prestigious academic facility who is seeking an Associate Director of Energy Management. This individual will be responsible for ensuring environmentally safe conditions while reducing energy use. This highly responsible position will report directly to the AVP of Engineering.

Hours:

Monday - Friday – 9am – 5pm

Salary - $145,000 -$155,000 depending on experience.

Benefits - Health, Dental, 401K, Tuition refund

Responsibilities for the Associate Director of Energy Management:

Create an energy metering program to track energy use
Develop energy products through project justification, funding, execution, and verification of energy savings
Ensure existing controls are operating at optimum efficiency
Grow and lead the Energy and Sustainability program
Form and coordinate communication of goals

Requirements for the Associate Director of Energy Management:

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field required
Minimum of 5 years of prior experience in HVAC controls and energy efficiency improvement projects
Thorough knowledge of commercial/industrial healthcare HVAC building controls
Understanding of engineering economics
Must have excellent customer service skills
Must be able to provide 3 employment references
