Responsibilities:

<li>Identify and meet patients’ goals</li>
<li>Create customized programs tailored to patients’ specific needs</li>
<li>Evaluate performance and communicate progress</li>
<li>Document patient care services</li>
</ul>
 
Requirements:
<ul>
<li>NY State Physical Therapy License</li>
<li>Solid orthopedic skills</li>
<li>Ability to multi-task in an energetic, clinical environment</li>
<li>Exceptional customer service skills</li>
<li>Highly motivated, organized, attentive to details</li>
<li>Team player</li>
</ul>
