Responsibilities:

<li>Handle your caseload from inception to resolution. </li>
<li>Manage discovery, evidentiary hearings, ADR, settlement negotiations, and trial preparation. </li>
<li>Second-chair trials with the opportunity to first-chair down the line </li>
</ul>
Candidate Parameters:
<ul>
<li>Plaintiff's personal injury experience </li>
<li>Strong verbal and written communication skills </li>
<li>Member of the New York Bar </li>
</ul>
