Job DescriptionJob Title: Production Associate Job Description
This role involves working on the assembly of cores used in thermal and heat exchange products, primarily focusing on measuring, cutting, and transporting metal materials around the shop. The position requires standing for extended periods, using hand and power tools, and working from 7 PM to 3 PM and 3 PM to 11:30 PM.
Responsibilities
- Assemble cores for thermal and heat exchange products.
- Measure and cut metal materials accurately.
- Transport materials within the shop.
- Maintain cleanliness in work areas.
- Inspect products using drawings.
- Assist in staging materials in other departments.
- Lift between 15-30 lbs, occasionally up to 50 lbs.
Essential Skills
- Ability to stand for long periods.
- Basic math and measurement knowledge.
- Willingness to learn and take direction.
- Proficiency in reading and writing in English.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with micrometers and calipers.
- Previous work tenure in similar roles.
- Experience with hand and power tools.
- Effective communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to perform tasks in a timely manner.
- Must own a vehicle.
- Ability to pass a drug and background check.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Niagara Falls, New York.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.00/hr.
