Perform daily walkthrough of parking lots for trash & safety concerns.

Respond to safety/emergency or maintenance issues, prioritize as needed ensuring minimal disruption to operations.

Perform preventative maintenance and minor repairs to the building and equipment. Including, but not limited to plumbing, patching and painting walls, hanging pictures, shelves, cleaning roof drains, etc. ·

Set up and organize new hires/office moves

Set up and tear down chairs, tables, and equipment for meetings, training and company functions. ·

First point of contact for scheduling and supervising service calls with contractors, including regular scheduled maintenance and emergency repairs (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, lift trucks etc.)

Admin duties, to include, but not limited to support facilities invoice processing and record keeping. ·

Manage all supply inventory (i.e., cleaning, coffee, office, etc.), keep weekly tracker and reorder to minimum required levels and as needed.

Organize, keep clean and orderly all maintenance and common areas, such as supply closets, copy center, warehouse mezzanine, kitchen cabinets, etc.

Assist in various ad hoc duties and projects as directed by the Facilities Manager ·

Assist with essential porter/Janitor tasks as needed.

Oversee the in-house porter and be back-up to the porter responsibilities during absences outlined below: o Perform daily tasks related to common areas (i.e., replenish sugar, coffee, water, etc.) - Porter, Daily cleaning and replenishing of coffee makers and coffee supplies and breakroom supplies daily. o Sort daily mail and place it in appropriate mailboxes.
