Overview:
We are seeking a reliable, personable, and organized Front Desk & Office Manager to be the face of our wellness clinic. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in creating a warm client experience, and is comfortable discussing services and packages in a professional, non-pushy way.
This is a part-time, in-office position with room to grow for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients warmly and ensure a positive, professional first impression
- Manage front desk operations, including scheduling and basic administrative tasks
- Answer phone calls, texts, and emails promptly and professionally
- Guide clients through our services and explain packages clearly
- Assist with converting consultations into paid packages (no cold calling)
- Maintain an organized, calm, and welcoming office environment
- Coordinate day-to-day office needs and support clinic operations
Ideal Candidate:
- Friendly, confident, and professional demeanor
- Strong communication and people skills
- Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable discussing pricing and services with clients
- Sales experience is a plus, but not required
- Prior front desk, office management, or customer service experience preferred
- Reliable and punctual
