We are seeking a dynamic and personable addition to our Front Desk team. This role is open to nursing students and requires experience in a MedSpa or medical environment. The ideal candidate is comfortable being the face of our company, as they will be the first and last point of contact for our patients. The experience our patients have with the Front Desk team significantly impacts their overall satisfaction.

Responsibilities include:

• Utilizing POS and messaging systems, Practice Fusion (EMR), Instagram, and Excel to manage daily operations.
• Ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere for all patients.

This is an entry-level position starting at 35 hours per week, with alternating Saturday shifts from 9 AM to 3 PM.
