Job Overview
As an Automotive Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating the financial aspects of vehicle sales at our dealership. Your expertise will ensure that customers receive tailored financing options while fostering strong relationships and delivering exceptional service. You will lead the charge in processing loans, negotiating contracts, and guiding customers through the financial journey of purchasing their dream vehicles.

What you’ll do

• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
• Process loan applications efficiently, ensuring compliance with regulations such as the Truth in Lending Act (TILA).
• Negotiate financing terms and conditions with lenders to secure optimal deals for customers.
• Conduct credit analysis to assess customer eligibility for various financing options.
• Upsell additional financial products and services that align with customer needs.
• Collaborate with sales teams to streamline the vehicle sales process and maximize profitability.
• Utilize financial software to manage contracts, track loan processing, and maintain accurate records.
• Provide outstanding customer service throughout the financing process, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly.

Basic qualifications

• Proficient in basic math skills and 10-key typing for accurate data entry.
• Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to close deals effectively.
• Experience in loan processing and familiarity with credit analysis procedures.

Preferred qualifications

• Previous experience in a dealership environment is highly desirable.
• Background in financial services or as a loan officer is advantageous.
• Knowledge of automobile sales processes and customer relationship management practices.
