Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial and residential construction projects involving carpentry, drywall and painting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and client communications to ensure timely and successful project completion.
Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Scheduling

Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and schedules.

Coordinate labor and materials across multiple active job sites.

Ensure all projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

Team & Subcontractor Management
-
Supervise and coordinate the work of in-house crews and subcontractors.
-
Assign tasks and ensure proper execution of drywall, carpentry, and painting scopes.

Monitor job site safety and compliance with OSHA standards.

Client & Stakeholder Communication

Act as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, and general contractors.

Provide regular updates and progress reports.

Address and resolve issues or concerns promptly.

Procurement & Budget Oversight

Estimate materials and labor costs in collaboration with estimators or sales staff.

Order materials and approve subcontractor invoices.
-
Track job costs and work with accounting to ensure financial accuracy.

Quality Control & Inspections

Conduct walk-throughs to ensure work meets quality standards and project specs.

Resolve punch list items and oversee final project closeout.

Qualifications:
-
Proven experience in project management within the construction industry (carpentry, drywall and painting experience preferred).

Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and codes.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
-
Proficient in project management software, MS Office, and scheduling tools.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
