Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed for a middle school setting in Fairport, NY, with flexible part-time or full-day hours available. This contract position offers the opportunity to work with a diverse caseload, including many makeup sessions, providing valuable speech therapy services to students. Candidates who are Certified Clinical Fellows (CFYs) or fully credentialed SLPs with CCC are encouraged to apply.
Key Qualifications:
- Certification as an SLP with CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence)
- Experience or interest in pediatric and school-based speech therapy
- Eligibility for or current status as a Clinical Fellow (CFY) is welcome
- Ability to manage a middle school caseload with a variety of student needs
- Strong communication and organizational skills for coordinating makeup sessions
Location:
- Fairport, NY (approximately 27 minutes from Rochester, NY)
Position Details:
- Contract duration aligned with the current school year (CSY)
- Part-time schedule options: 2-3 hours per day, 5 days a week
- Alternative schedule: full school day hours with fewer days per week

Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech therapy services in accordance with individualized education plans (IEPs) for middle school students
- Track student progress and participate in team meetings
- Conduct makeup therapy sessions as needed to ensure compliance with service delivery requirements
- Collaborate with school staff and families to support student communication goals
