We are seeking a Construction Foreman to join our team! Your position is to coordinate and construct with our plans daily.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation
- Allocate resources for assigned projects
- Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors daily
- Interface with project inspectors, contractors, city and county officials, and clients
- Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in construction management or other related fields
- Strong leadership qualities
- Strong negotiation skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
Interview:
- Strategic construction based questions that need to be answered in person
- Building during the interview may be required
- Able to point out flaws through shown images
