Healey Brothers Inc. is seeking an experienced and energetic candidate to join our Sales Department. This employee's key role will be Sales Manager.
Details About This Position:
This position is a full-time salaried position. The schedule for this position is a daytime 8-hour shift, with evenings and weekends as needed. Base weekly salary with monthly commission

What You Will Bring to the Table:
- At least 3 years of Automotive Dealership Management Experience
- At least 5 years of Sales Management experience
- Strong computer skills on systems dedicated to the automotive industry
- Professional approach to business with excellent communication skills
- Proven, verifiable track record from previous dealership experience
- Full understanding of CRM systems and motivation of sales personnel to use the system properly.
- Must have a valid, "clean" Driver's license.
- Prior use of the CDK dealership software is highly preferred
What You Will Do:
- Responsible for improving sales and operations which requires a willingness to evolve with the ongoing changes of the automotive industry
- Able to function effectively with our software programs
- Must maintain high customer satisfaction
- Assists the sales team with completing sales and processing orders
- Trains and Supervises sales team
- Motivates sales team and sets work schedule
- Daily involvement with the vehicle inventory, aging and vehicle turn rate
- Following company policies and procedures
- Administrative functions include complying with all paperwork requirements.
