Established (40 plus years ) HVAC mechanical Contractor seeks experienced Project Manager to run multiple projects. Engineering back round would be helpful. Postion requires strong knowledge of Sheet metal , piping , controls, equipment and other phases of mechanical construction. You must be very organized , good computer skills, good communication skills and be able work well with office staff , sub contractors and general contractors. This position requires office and field work. We work mostly in 4 NYC Boroughs. please send resume
