Job DescriptionA mission-driven organization is seeking a skilled leader to oversee daily operations and service delivery across several emergency shelter locations. This position is ideal for a professional with a background in social services and a talent for managing teams in dynamic environments.
Role Highlights:

Coordinate activities and communication between multiple shelter sites and key partners.

Supervise and support staff, including hiring, training, and performance management.

Monitor site operations for safety, compliance, and quality of care.

Oversee case management, intake, and client support services.

Manage resources, schedules, and reporting for optimal efficiency.

Maintain confidential records and ensure adherence to privacy standards.

Participate in policy review and emergency response as needed.
Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or related field; or Bachelor’s in Health & Human Services with significant case management experience.

At least one year of supervisory experience.

Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

Ability to respond to urgent situations and manage multiple priorities.
Working Conditions:

Community-based role with some office/remote work.
-
Travel required up to 75%.

Valid Driver’s License Required
Pay Details: $68,000.00 to $75,000.00 per year
