Job Summary
We are seeking a positive, reliable Concierge to join our team. As a Residential Condominium Concierge, you will be the first person to greet residents, visitors, contractors, vendors, etc. Provide a safe and superior living environment for residents focused on positive and effective
client-relationship management.
The ideal candidate will be a trustworthy, quick-thinker. You must be able to handle multiple incoming requests and protect the building and residents by monitoring who comes in and out of the premises.
Responsibilities
- Maintain strong relationships with residents, co-workers, Coop Board and the Property Management Team.
- Greet all residents and visitors as they enter and exit the building; its expected that all residents will bepersonally greeted with their name.
- Open doors proactively and assist residents and guests/visitors carrying packages or pushing carriages, etc.
- Mange concierge email inbox and respond/forward to the appropriate stakeholders
- Manage BuildingLink data entry including (but not limited to)
Receive and process incoming and outgoing laundry, shipments, mail, and packages.
Log ALL outside vendors and contractors sign-in AND sign-out of the building at the front desk.

Qualifications
- Proven experience as concierge or experience in customer service is preferred
- Confident, polite, and patient
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong time-management skills
- Ability to resolve issues with a customer-focused orientation
